We DO NOT give your information to third parties outside of our payment processors. We cannot directly access see your payment or card details and use PAYPAL and STRIPE only to handle these payments. You may see Paypal Policy here and Stripes Policy here.
‍When you wish to purchase products or services, you will be asked by Paypal or Stripe to provide certain information directly applicable to your Transaction, including, without limitation, credit card information and general personal details regarding your billing address. By using these services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit cards or other payment means used to complete the transaction. By submitting this information, you grant Roughnecks Cocktails LTD. the right to provide information to the third parties that safety handle your payment and transaction for the purposes of facilitating the completion of transactions only initiated by you on your behalf.PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to limit order quantity of products or refuse to provide sales or service to any user, especially if the user fails to comply with legal requirements required when selling products containing alcohol. We reserve the right to change our product descriptions, prices, images, delivery costs and coupon details.

‍REFUNDS
Our gift cards are non-refundable once purchase. Our gift cards expire 6 months from purchase date.  Please check the terms and carefully in your order confirmation email before booking.
